SEND a friend supports parents of young autistic children with a range of problems that many SEN parents face including:

Improving Mental Wellness                    Burnout Management           Strengthening Emotional Resilience

Managing Challenging Behaviour          Living with Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA)

If you feel stressed or burnt out I see you. I hear you. I've been you and I can help you.

I am a Parent Support Practitioner specialising in autism and pathological demand avoidance. I have a background in Psychological theory and counselling techniques, as well as two children with autism and PDA.

My hope for this service is to be a safe space for burnt out parents. Let me be a friendly listening ear and a guiding hand through your toughest times.

I offer 15 minutes of free support which can be accessed by a phone call or Whatsapp chat if that feels more comfortable. If you feel that you need some support or guidance with any aspect of autism parenting then please get in touch.
